Equipment Selection Guide
Start with the garments you make and the pressing results you need. Match the machine and mold to the garment pattern, then confirm the configuration through sample trials.
The core selection principle
Judge the pressing result before the brand name
A large factory or a well-known brand does not guarantee that a machine will suit your garments. For garment pressing and setting equipment, the mold matters most — just as the pattern matters most for a garment. Only a mold matched to your garment pattern can produce accurate lines and contours. If the mold does not fit, even a machine from a major brand may fail to deliver the intended result, and the equipment investment may not translate into real production value. What deserves the most attention is the pressing result the equipment can deliver for your garments, not factory size or brand recognition alone.
If possible, bring your sample garment to the factory and run it on the machine before you purchase. Seeing the result on your own sample is usually more useful than comparing specifications and sales claims.
Customization support
Molds and equipment configured around your garments
We support highly customized mold and equipment services. Based on your sample garments, patterns and production process, we can develop or adjust molds and discuss suitable equipment configurations. Final scope and feasibility are confirmed through sample trials and technical review.
Custom collaboration process
From your sample
to a tested machine.
-
Define garment and pressing needs
Identify garment types, pressing areas, pattern requirements and production needs. The mold must fit the garment pattern to achieve the intended pressing and setting result.
-
Trial the sample and check mold fit
We first test the customer's sample garment on existing equipment. If the mold does not fit, KANGYE's owner develops and makes a custom mold based on the sample, then tests it again and fine-tunes it according to the results.
-
Confirm the machine configuration
Confirm the machine model and available configuration based on garment types, pressing areas, production needs and sample-trial results. Features and options vary by model, so confirm them before ordering.
-
Manufacture and test before dispatch
We manufacture and assemble our equipment in-house. Before dispatch, each machine is connected to power and steam and run to confirm normal operation.
Model-specific feature
Patting function on selected models
Some models include a patting function intended to help address unwanted sheen that may develop on high-end fabrics during pressing and setting. Results depend on the fabric and process; the function does not guarantee that sheen will be eliminated.
The multifunction pressing table does not have a patting function. Confirm features against the specific model and agreed configuration.
